Lennox National Account Services (NAS) is seeking a Director of Business Development – Commercial HVAC Service to lead growth across strategic accounts and service sales. The role focuses on acquiring new customers, expanding offerings, and driving recurring revenue through preventative maintenance and value-added services.
The leader will own go-to-market strategies, build executive-level relationships, and oversee initiatives across NAS/AES to achieve revenue targets, with travel up to 30%.
The Director, Business Development – Commercial HVAC Service will be a key member of the Lennox NAS leadership team, responsible for driving strategic growth through new customer acquisition, commercial HVAC service sales, service agreement development, and expansion of existing market opportunities.
This leader will have functional ownership for developing and executing commercial service sales strategies, identifying high‑value prospects, building relationships with facility and operations leaders, and converting opportunities into long‑term customer partnerships.
The ideal candidate is a proven commercial HVAC sales and business development leader who understands the service industry, has a strong network of commercial customers, and knows how to sell the value of preventative maintenance, planned service, energy efficiency, equipment reliability, and long‑term HVAC solutions.
This is a highly visible leadership position with significant responsibility for revenue growth, customer acquisition, and market expansion. Up to 30% travel to customers and company locations should be expected.
