Gen II Fund Services, LLC in Boston, MA, seeks a results-driven Business Development Director to grow our Fund Administration services in the Private Assets sector. You’ll leverage your network and cultivate new relationships with private equity, private credit and private real estate firms to expand our client base and revenue.
Reporting to the principal – Business Development, you’ll drive targeted outreach, attend industry events, and translate market developments into opportunities.

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Business Development Director to focus on new business opportunities primarily from Private Assets industry, including but not limited to private equity, private real estate & private credit sector. The position will report to the principal – Business Development and will have specific revenue objectives.
The salary range for this position is $175,000 to $225,000, in addition to a commission plan and comprehensive benefits package. Please note that the actual salary offer within that range will depend on the candidate’s experience level.
