Job summary

MyFundedFutures seeks a Compliance Officer - Business Conduct to own the firm’s conduct program, including advertising reviews and customer disclosures. You will partner with marketing, growth, product, trading operations, risk, and legal to embed conduct standards into daily processes.

The role requires 7+ years in compliance, strong knowledge of AML/KYC, and experience with reporting to the Chief Compliance Officer. This is a full-time, on-site position in Plano, TX.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Law, Business, or a related field required.
• 7+ years in compliance, regulatory, legal, or risk roles with advertising review or consumer-facing conduct.
• Familiarity with FTC guidance on endorsements and substantiation.
• Experience with futures/derivatives marketing and sales practices.
• Strong program-building experience in fast-moving environments.
• Understanding of AML and KYC requirements and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Own and design the business conduct program, including policies, monitoring, and escalation paths.
• Review and approve marketing content and performance claims across channels.
• Set disclosures, source documentation, and substantiation requirements for claims.
• Establish rules for affiliates, influencers, and referral partners and enforce compliance.
• Review customer terms, pricing communications, refunds, and discount practices for fairness.
• Coordinate investigations and disciplinary outcomes with People Ops and finance.
• Maintain AML/KYC controls, sanctions screening, and identity protection.
