You will standardize documentation, govern requirements, and align business needs with IT delivery to support enterprise initiatives. You will collaborate with business leaders to translate priorities into actionable technology solutions, drive process improvements, and manage change while mentoring analysts and advancing best practices across the

Qualifications

• Property & Casualty insurance experience.
• 5-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst and/or Project Manager (P&C preferred).
• 3+ years directly leading, coaching, and developing Business Analysts.
• Experience with requirements gathering, validation, acceptance criteria, UAT, and business readiness.
• Proven ability to mentor and develop Business Analysts.
• Strong project prioritization, stakeholder management, and resource planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, coach, and develop a team of Business Analysts.
• Own and improve BA operating model, processes, standards, and tools.
• Partner with business and IT leaders to translate priorities into actionable initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems, and user experiences; drive adoption and benefits realization.
