Job summary

Stream Realty Partners is seeking a Director of Building Engineering to support the Director of Property Management. You will oversee operations, safety, and engineering oversight across portfolios, collaborating with management and clients to ensure top-notch building performance.

This role drives staff development, budgeting, and vendor relations. The position requires strong communication, organizational skills, and a hands-on approach to operations with onsite presence.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact with tenants and teams.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Word for reporting and budgeting tasks.

Responsibilities

• Ensure code compliance and safety standards across building operations.
• Manage relationships with employees, clients and vendors.
• Assist with accounting, reporting, and budgeting tasks for buildings.
• Oversee staff development and training within Property Management and Engineering teams.
• Support property transitions and regular property visits.
• Oversee monthly vendor invoicing and engineer billbacks.
