Job summary

Beast Industries in Greenville, NC, seeks a Director, Branded Content & Partnerships – Telecommunications to lead post-sale integrations with telecom partners. You’ll coordinate across Studio, Post, Creative Development, Legal, and Sales Marketing Operations to deliver high-impact campaigns.

You’ll own the production lifecycle from kickoff to wrap reporting, managing on-set workflows, approvals, and performance analysis to inform renewals, with in-office focus five days a week and flexibility

Qualifications

• 15+ years of leadership experience including branded content activation, integrated production, and/or executive-producer-level content project management.
• Direct experience running enterprise-scale branded integrations for a Fortune 100 marketer at a major network, streaming platform, brand, or agency.
• Product marketing or licensed merchandise experience is a strong differentiator for co-branded product components.
• Experience in a regulated industry, particularly telecom, is strongly preferred.
• Native production literacy; experience on sets, call sheets, and post-production workflows.
• Strong ability to manage complex enterprise client relationships and multi-stakeholder approvals.
• Excellent organizational leadership and project management across all execution phases.
• Strategic partnership mindset with executive and hands-on production leadership.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead sold partnerships from initial production briefing through final delivery and reporting.
• Spearhead integration schedules in coordination with Studio, Post, and Creative Development; serve as the main client liaison.
• Host and guide client teams during production shoots with clear alignment at every step.
• Coordinate with client retail marketing for in-store activations tied to content launches.
• Ensure on-set disclosure compliance and obtain required reviews from Legal into production workflows.
• Streamline client review and approval workflows across Marketing, Legal, and Product Marketing.
• Drive creative agility and problem-solving on set and in post-production to hit high creative standards.
• Develop wrap reports with analytics for renewals and future planning.
• Partner with Sales Marketing Operations to embed KPIs into activation plans.
