Job summary

A+E Global Media is seeking a Director, Brand Studio Live Action & Photo Production to lead the Brand Studio and Storyground teams. You will translate creative priorities into efficient, high-quality execution, ensuring resources, budgets, and timelines align with strategic goals.

Reporting to the Sr. Executive Producer, you will guide cross-functional partners, manage production plans, and drive scalable production practices across live action, video, and photography.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years leading live action, video, and photo production.
• At least 5 years of direct people management experience.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent productions from brief to delivery.
• Experience overseeing production planning, budgeting, scheduling, staffing, vendor sourcing, and post-production.
• Experience owning production budgets and coordinating with Finance and Operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation of Brand Studio Live Action & Photo Production.
• Lead and develop team members in collaboration with Sr. EP.
• Oversee production from concept to final delivery, including budget and staffing.
• Lead production across talent, photo, marketing, social, and Storyground shoots.
• Ensure contracts, releases, and compliance are handled accurately and on time.
• Establish cross-functional communication and elevate risks and opportunities to leadership.
• Develop scalable production models and maintain a network of partners.
• Own budget oversight, bids, estimates, and cost tracking with finance.
