We are currently seeking a motivatedDirector, Brand Engagementwith experience to join our innovating team.

This position will be responsible for collaborating with our team of experts to deliver high quality strategic and creative deliverables that achieve client satisfaction andmeet business objectives.

We are looking for the ideal candidate, who has a “go-getter” and “self-starter” attitude with great interpersonal and presentation skills, and acute attention to detail. You will work on a variety of clients and collaborate in an environment where you can bring ideas and solutions to the table, daily. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing project timelines, preparing for and delivering client presentations and working on growth strategies that propel the organization forward.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee projects, ensuring successful execution from start to finish.
  • Collaborate directly with clients, providing strategic guidance and ensuring alignment on key objectives.
  • Develop and manage project timelines, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of pharmaceutical client deliverables.
  • Contribute to organic and new business growth by identifying opportunities and developing client relationships.
  • Create and deliver smart, impactful presentations with strong visual storytelling.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure all project components are completed on time and to the highest standards.
  • Continuously seek learning and development opportunities to stay ahead in the industry.
  • Demonstrate fiscal responsibility, tracking billing for client invoices

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in brand engagement, project management, or strategic consulting in a pharmaceutical, market research or related industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business, marketing, psychology or related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English speaker required)
  • Proven track record of successfully managing timelines, client expectations, and delivering high-quality results.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong visual storytelling skills (experience in creating compelling, polished presentations is a plus).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple projects and priorities.
  • Positive attitude, even in the face of criticism
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills while also being self-motivated to work independently
  • A passion for learning and personal development in an evolving industry.
