Sunbit, Inc. in Los Angeles is seeking a Director, Brand Creative (Design) to lead the visual identity across consumer and merchant touchpoints. This senior role sits at the heart of our marketing organization, partnering with copy and editorial to ensure cohesion.

You will own brand identity systems, design language, campaigns, motion work, and executive presentations, shaping how millions of consumers and thousands of merchants experience Sunbit as we scale nationally.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of design experience in a senior or lead role.
• Strong portfolio in brand identity, campaigns, and design systems.
• Experience collaborating with copy, brand, and marketing teams.
• Excellent presentation and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve Sunbit’s visual identity and brand guidelines.
• Lead design for campaigns across digital, print, and video.
• Direct motion, video, and photography from concept to final edit.
• Partner with leadership to design investor decks and exec narratives.
