Ladders is seeking a Director of Biostatistics for a remote leadership role based in the United States. You will shape the statistical strategy for late-stage and multi-phase clinical development, partnering with clinical, regulatory, and biometrics teams to ensure rigorous analyses, high-quality deliverables, and submission-ready evidence generation.

Competenze

• PhD in Statistics or Biostatistics required.
• 8+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience.

For our client, we are seeking a Director, Biostatistics to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space.

This remote leadership role will shape the statistical strategy behind late-stage and multi-phase clinical development programs. The ideal candidate will partner closely with clinical, regulatory, and biometrics stakeholders to ensure rigorous analyses, high-quality deliverables, and submission-ready evidence generation. This position also plays an important role in advancing innovative statistical approaches, strengthening cross-functional decision-making, and mentoring junior members of the team.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $185,000 – $252,500 annually

• Lead statistical aspects of clinical development plans and studies
