Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a Director of Beverage Category to lead North America’s largest beverage portfolio. You will own strategy, portfolio health, innovation, and commercialization, guiding a high-performing team and shaping the future of Starbucks' beverage business.

As a key member of the Beverage leadership team, you will translate insights into winning beverage experiences that drive growth and profitability, while partnering across functions to set priorities and execute

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in a role supporting marketing, brand management or product management with profit and loss responsibility.
• 10+ years of experience in a role leading the development of new or existing products or strategies from conception to implementation.
• Bachelor’s degree or 4 or more years of US military experience.
• 5+ years experience managing others.
• MBA preferred

Responsibilities

• Own the beverage portfolio performance, identify growth opportunities and profitability.
• Lead seasonal calendars and promotional beverage strategies from concept to launch.
• Develop and maintain a 24–36 month beverage innovation roadmap.
• Grow existing and future beverage platforms for scalable growth.
• Translate customer insights into product strategies and briefs.
• Lead cross-functional decision making to align priorities.
• Provide coaching and leadership development to partners and teams.
