Qualifications

• Masters or doctorate degree required with LPHA license in Illinois
• Minimum 5-7 years overseeing operational functions, data analytics or revenue cycle management
• Experience managing grant programs, contracts and compliance reporting
• Full-time, exempt role, 37.5 hours per week, flexible schedule for organizational needs
• Ability to collaborate with HR, senior leadership and external agencies

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end operational lifecycle of clinical programs and drive continuous process improvement
• Align programs with organizational goals and ensure measurable improvements in outcomes
• Develop program goals, policies, and administer department operations
• Provide strategic guidance, supervise leaders and manage hiring, performance and discipline
• Mentor reporting managers to achieve departmental goals and effective communication
• Identify best practices and implement administrative cost savings and growth strategies
• Plan training for departments and manage grant research, design and reporting
• Coordinate grant programs and ensure compliance with funder requirements
