Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or related clinical field.
• Minimum five years of behavioral health experience with supervisory/management experience.
• Active Illinois licensure (LCSW or LCPC) in good standing.
• Experience with outpatient operations, access, and documentation/billing workflows.
• CCBHC experience a plus; bilingual skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day clinical and operational leadership for KYC's outpatient services.
• Oversee centralized intake, access, and transitions across levels of care.
• Supervise clinical managers and coordinators; implement staff development.
• Monitor revenue cycle performance, coding, and documentation timeliness.
• Ensure compliance with Joint Commission and funder requirements.
