The position requires 3 years of leadership in ER and Behavioral Health, a Bachelor's in Clinical Psychology, and a commitment to staff development, patient satisfaction, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 3 years leadership experience in Emergency room and Behavioral Health.
• Bachelor’s degree preferably in Clinical Psychology.
• Organized, calm communication style.
• Ability to create a cohesive team environment.
• Comfortable keyboarding and software navigation.
• Full vaccination against Covid-19 required
• Current vaccination against Influenza required

Responsibilities

• Oversee the clinical operations of the Emergency Department and Behavioral Health.
• Manage fiscal operations including budget, staffing, scheduling and attendance.
• Build a cohesive patient care team with recruitment, orientation and mentoring.
• Improve patient satisfaction through surveys and one-on-one interviews.
• Lead committees supporting patient care and human resources.
• Collaborate with Psychiatry Chair to develop inpatient/outpatient behavioral health programs.
