Job summary

Universal Health Services, Inc. seeks a Director of Clinical Services for its Behavioral Health program in the Texoma region.

The role oversees inpatient and outpatient clinical service programs, conducts assessments, schedules, and referrals under the direction of the BHC CEO. Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing budgets and training, pursuing grants, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering high-quality care across departments; availability for day/evening/weekend shifts

Qualifications

• Master's Degree required in social work, counseling, psychology, or related mental health field.
• Minimum five years in behavioral health with three years advanced clinical/management experience.
• Current LCSW or LPC Texas licensure; supervisor credential preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, plan, organize, implement, and evaluate clinical service programs for inpatient and outpatient.
• Supervise all clinical services and healthcare staff to improve quality of life for behavioral health patients.
• Coordinate work schedules, budgets, training, and regulatory compliance; handle grant funding.
• Serve as referral liaison and respond to questions from patients, families, staff and officials.
