Responsibilities

Production operations: consistently meet production targets while prioritizing safety.
Safety & quality: implement systems to improve flavor and quality; ensure PPE and protocols.
Strategy: participate in weekly exec meetings; plan labor and capex needs.
Planning: create and maintain strategic daily/weekly/monthly production plans; manage inventory.
Machines & systems: research new equipment and document SLAs; drive improvements.
Leadership & talent: coach and inspire a diverse team with growth plans.
