Job summary

May Mobility, based in Ann Arbor, MI, is seeking a Senior Program Manager to bridge Safety, Vehicle Engineering, Autonomy, Manufacturing, Quality, Business Development and Operations. This role reports to the Sr.

Manager of Program Management and ensures delivery milestones for autonomous vehicle platforms. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in hardware/software program management within Automotive Tier 1 or OEM settings, with a passion for process and people-centric solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an Engineering or Product Development discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in program management of hardware/software integrated products at an Automotive Tier 1 Supplier or OEM.
• Passion for process and people-oriented solutions with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage program timelines and deliverables for one or multiple Autonomous Vehicle platforms from definition to OK to Launch.
• Identify dependencies across tasks and teams to ensure alignment.
• Track risk and implement mitigation plans.
• Communicate with development partners and customers to align program plans and escalate vehicle issues.
• Develop and manage budgets and track expenditures across the program lifecycle.
• Lead cross-functional teams to define and achieve BOM cost targets.
• Implement and manage changes to meet outputs.
• Present progress reports to stakeholders and outline problems/solutions.
• Champion prioritization of safety and quality.
• Support continuous improvement of vehicle development and program management processes.
• Develop relationships across functions to ensure clear communication and follow-through.
