Job summary

Capital One is seeking a visionary leader to define the strategic vision, oversee development, and manage growth of our autonomous AI systems and platforms. You will provide technical leadership for design, development, testing and deployment of agentic workflows across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in CS/AI/EE/CE or related field; years of experience as specified.
• Minimum 6–8+ years in AI/ML algorithm development with leadership experience.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience.
• 7+ years deploying scalable AI on cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).

Responsibilities

• Define the strategic vision for autonomous AI systems and platforms.
• Oversee end-to-end lifecycle from development to sunsetting legacy offerings.
• Provide technical leadership for AI orchestration, MLOps, and application development.
