Qualifications

  • Diploma in Automotive Technology or related diploma/degree from an accredited institution.
  • Three (3) years out of the past seven (7) years of experience in Automotive.
  • Three (3) years of supervisory experience.
  • Master Technician ASE Certification* or ASE eligible.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Master Technician ASE certification is required within one (1) year of hire date.

Responsibilities

  • Lead curriculum design and review for Automotive Technology programs across multiple campuses.
  • Oversee instructional delivery, student advisement, budgeting, and adjunct faculty supervision.
  • Teach a minimum of twenty (20) contact hours weekly per semester in day or evening courses.
  • Support recruitment, retention, and job placement initiatives; coordinate equipment and supply needs.
  • Maintain documentation and reports; participate in college committees and professional development activities.
