The Director, Audience Strategy will be responsible for building the data strategy to enable our clients’ growth goals. The Audience Strategy team are the in-house audience experts: that means we advise on growth strategy, identity resolution, audience segmentation, clean room strategy, CDPs, and best practices of data activation across addressable channels. The Director curates the data discussion for our clients by working across strategy, activation and measurement teams to form and facilitate audience recommendations to accelerate outcomes.
The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated, entrepreneurial, detail-oriented and curious person. They’re not intimidated by technology—instead they want to know the latest and greatest. They have a skeptical eye but can also recognize that a bias for action and incremental improvement is better than waiting for the perfect answer. They are excited at the prospect of building innovative data and technology solutions. And at the same time, they recognize that moving from concept to pilot means taking a complex solution and translating it into something their clients can connect with and understand.
