Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional development, training, or talent development experience.
• Experience working in law firm or professional services environments.
• Demonstrated experience with senior professionals, not just junior populations.
• Knowledge of AI and technology impacts on professional services.
• Experience in an AmLaw 100 or comparable environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver professional development for attorneys at all levels.
• Build programming that supports senior attorneys in management responsibilities.
