Job summary

Pure Hockey, LLC seeks a hands-on Director of Loss Prevention & Asset Protection to lead the development and execution of the loss prevention plan across stores, corporate office, and e-commerce. You will drive shrink reduction, manage budgets, and partner with leadership to implement asset protection programs using analytics and investigations.

The role requires 8+ years in loss prevention with 3+ in leadership, strong NetSuite knowledge, and willingness to travel across locations to protect

Qualifications

8+ years in loss prevention, asset protection, or related field.
3+ years in a leadership role.
Strong data analysis and reporting abilities.
Experience with multi-location or complex retail environments.
Ability to travel to company locations as required.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute asset protection strategies and budgets for stores, corporate, and e-commerce.
Lead investigations into suspected theft, fraud, and policy violations.
Oversee data analysis of shrink, refunds, inventory adjustments, and chargebacks to reduce losses.
Coordinate cross-functional actions with Operations, Finance, IT and Store Management.
Develop exception reporting to detect and prevent fraud and fraud-related activity on e-commerce.
