Job summary

Nouria Energy Corporation is seeking an experienced Director of Asset Protection to lead loss prevention, shrink reduction, and investigations across multiple retail locations in New England and New York. You will develop training, manage audits, and coordinate with law enforcement to protect assets.

The role requires 5+ years in multi-unit retail asset protection or store operations, travel 75%+, and strong knowledge of CCTV/alarm systems and ERP tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of multi-unit retail asset protection or store operations experience.
• PDI experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, Business Management or related field preferred but not required.
• LPQ or LPC certification preferred but not required.
• Ability to Travel 75%+ of the time within an assigned geographical area.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Teams), Case Management, CCTV systems, Alarm systems, Enterprise Resource Planning tools.
• Understanding of retail loss prevention tactics, theft deterrence, fraud detection, and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead shrink reduction efforts and analyze inventory movements.
• Train store teams on theft deterrence and safety practices.
• Monitor POS and audit transactions for fraud or policy violations.
• Coordinate with Director of Asset Protection and develop training programs.
• Represent Nouria in court proceedings.
• Develop and manage Asset Protection programs and partnerships with law enforcement.
