ADUSA Distribution seeks a Director, Asset Protection to lead enterprise security across a multi-campus network, protecting assets, people and operations. You will drive strategies that safeguard multi-million-dollar assets and align with regional leadership, legal teams, and external agencies.

This high-visibility role requires building a culture of safety and accountability, shaping policies, deploying technologies, and driving continuous improvement across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• 10+ years of asset protection experience in distribution or retail.
• 7-10 years of multi-site asset protection leadership.
• Certified interview training (Wicklander-Zulawski or Reed).
• LPC or LPQ certification preferred.
• Experience analyzing P&L, exception reports, metrics.

Responsabilités

• Set vision for asset protection across a multi-campus network.
• Lead a dispersed team of asset protection leaders.
• Oversee 450+ 3PL security personnel indirectly.
• Design and execute strategic asset protection plans.
• Lead investigations and crisis management.
• Represent D&T in legal proceedings.
