Job summary

ALO Yoga in Las Vegas is seeking a Director, Distribution Center Security & Asset Protection to lead the security program for North America sites, protecting people, product and operations.

The role partners with Distribution & Logistics, HR, Legal, IT and facilities to drive risk-based governance, roadmaps and investment decisions; you will set standards for security controls and guide measures across the network.

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise security programs for multiple sites.
• Ability to translate risk into scalable security governance.
• Proven track record in incident response and business continuity.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the enterprise distribution center security and asset protection strategy.
• Establish network policies, standards, and incident protocols with governance.
• Lead site risk assessments and validation visits across risk path.
• Maintain risk profiles and roadmaps with action plans.
• Advise senior leaders on risk, investments, and tradeoffs.
• Define KPIs and KRIs for security performance and control effectiveness.
• Oversee physical security, access control, CCTV, and guard deployment.
