ADUSA Distribution is seeking a Director of Asset Protection to lead enterprise-wide security across its Distribution & Transportation network. You will guide 14 site Asset Protection Leaders and influence over 450 third-party security professionals, shaping policies and deploying advanced technologies to safeguard assets and people.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required; Master's degree preferred.
• 10+ years of asset protection experience in distribution/retail or similar.
• 7–10 years of multi-site asset protection leadership experience.
• Certified interview and interrogation training (WZ or Reed).
• Experience analyzing P&L, exception reports, and operational metrics.
• LPC or LPQ certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead asset protection across a multi-campus network.
• Design and execute proactive security strategies for assets, people, and operations.
• Oversee 450+ 3PL security personnel and 14 site AP Leaders.
• Partner with senior leaders, legal, and external agencies on risk mitigation.
• Own controllable expense budgets and drive loss-prevention initiatives.
