Job summary

Evergreen Real Estate Group seeks a Director of Asset Management to own portfolio performance across Ohio, Indiana, and Illinois. The role leads operator interaction, builds reporting infrastructure, and translates data into ownership decisions for lenders and investors.

The role reports to ESL’s VP of Development and oversees the Manager of Assisted Living Asset Management, ensuring alignment with company-wide reporting and portfolio goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA/MSRE a plus.
• 10+ years ownership-side asset/portfolio mgmt in real estate.
• Experience overseeing third-party operators or property managers.

Responsibilities

• Own asset-level plans and portfolio strategy with NOI focus.
• Lead operator relationships and drive performance improvements.
• Present portfolio results to ESL leadership and investors.
• Oversee reporting, budgeting, and reforecasts for ESL.
• Coordinate with asset management and compliance functions.
