Responsibilities

• Lead proposal response strategy for the Assessment and Psychometrics teams to meet state/district needs.
• Develop and manage proposal response processes showcasing principled assessment approaches and psychometric rigor.
• Translate technical documentation into proposal boilerplate and reference materials with AI-assisted tools, reviewed by experts.
• Maintain documentation libraries and ensure accuracy across the portfolio as products evolve.
• Collaborate with Assessment, Psychometrics, and Marketing to stay current on products and market needs.
• Diagnose gaps in proposals and contribute technically rigorous solutions for large district purchasing.
