The Judge Group in Phoenix is seeking a Director of Architecture & Engineering to lead enterprise architecture across infrastructure, cloud, applications, and integration. The role is hybrid, with onsite days Tue and Thu, and reports to senior technology leadership.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience across enterprise technology and architecture.
• 5+ years of leadership experience guiding senior technical professionals.
• Lead enterprise and solution architecture within multi‑platform/multi‑client environments.
• Advanced expertise across infrastructure, cloud, platform, application, and integration layers.
• Strong command of resiliency, security, disaster recovery, and regulatory requirements in financial services contexts.
• Influence without authority to drive scalable architectural decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including executive‑level stakeholder engagement.
• Experience in fast‑paced, client‑focused MSP/B2B environments.
• Experience in financial services, credit unions, or other regulated industries preferred.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience across enterprise technology and architecture, spanning infrastructure, cloud, application, and integration domains
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing or guiding senior technical professionals and architecture teams
• Proven ability to lead enterprise and solution architecture within complex, multi ‑ platform and/or multi ‑ client environments
• Advanced expertise in enterprise and solution architecture across infrastructure, cloud, platform, application, and integration layers
• Strong command of resiliency, security, disaster recovery, and regulatory compliance requirements, particularly in financial services contexts
• Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and drive sound, scalable architectural decisions
• Advanced analytical, problem ‑ solving, and decision ‑ making capabilities in complex technical environments
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive ‑ level stakeholder engagement
• Ability to thrive in a fast ‑ paced, client ‑ focused managed services (MSP)/ B2B environment
• Experience within financial services, credit unions, or other regulated industries preferred.
