Job Description

Job Summary

Designs, develops, and communicates technology models and foundations used to run applications, data, and infrastructure in support of one or more business processes. Applies and promotes key principles such as stability, scalability, performance, security, compatibility, and re-use, ensuring a balance between tactical and strategic technology solutions. Considers business problems end-to-end, including people, process, and technology, both within and outside the enterprise. Promotes industry and enterprise technology standards, monitors emerging technologies for potential application, and adheres to design and development standards within architectural compliance and governance.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

• Establishes and manages key performance metrics, developing goals and strategies to achieve corporate objectives.
• Serves as a mentor, coach, and leader to the Application Design, Development, and Support teams.
• Collaborates with project teams to ensure the success of the Health Performance Assessment System.
• Leads the evolution of Molina application development practices.
• Works with business and IT teams to deliver successful Medicaid Management Information Systems solutions.
• Coordinates with EPMO and business stakeholders to manage priorities, delivery, and expectations.

Job Qualifications

Required Education

Graduate Degree or equivalent experience.

Required Experience

7-9 years in Application Design, Development, and Management within the Healthcare Industry.

Preferred Experience

• 10+ years in Healthcare Industry.
• Experience with AI Data Integration, Membership, and Claims applications.
• Azure Databricks, Python, Spark, QNXT.

Preferred Certifications

Microsoft Technology, Mobility, ITIL.
