Job Description

Job Summary
Designs, develops, and communicates technology models and foundations used to run applications, data, and infrastructure in support of business processes. Applies key principles such as stability, scalability, performance, security, and re-use to ensure balanced technology solutions. Considers business problems end-to-end, including people, process, and technology, within and outside the enterprise. Promotes industry and enterprise technology standards. Monitors emerging technologies for potential application and adheres to design, development standards, and governance.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

• Establishes and manages key performance metrics, developing goals and strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
• Serves as mentor, coach, and leader to Application Design, Development, and Support teams.
• Collaborates with project teams to ensure the success of systems like the Health Performance Assessment System.
• Leads the evolution of Molina's application development practices.
• Works with business and IT teams to deliver certifiable Medicaid Management Information Systems solutions.
• Coordinates with EPMO and stakeholders to manage priorities and expectations.

Job Qualifications

Required Education

Graduate Degree or equivalent experience.

Required Experience

7-9 years in Application Design, Development, Management, Healthcare Industry.

Preferred Experience

10+ years in Healthcare Industry, with experience in AI Data Integration, Membership and Claims applications, Azure Databricks, Python, Spark, QNXT.

Preferred Certifications

Microsoft Technologies, Mobility, ITIL.
