Qualifications

• BS in engineering or sciences required.
• 12–15 years in MSAT/process engineering/CMC support for API.
• Demonstrated leadership in technical issue resolution and documentation.
• Experience in GMP manufacturing and cross-functional governance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own API technical governance with CMOs and drive performance monitoring.
• Coordinate tech transfers and readiness with CMC/Quality, track milestones and risks.
• Lead deviations, investigations, CAPAs, and change impact assessments with root-cause focus.
