• Proven track record in alumni relations or similar non-profit field.
• Experience building multi-year programs and engaging alumni.
• Strong communications and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and lead a multi-year alumni strategy aligned with organizational goals.
• Oversee Jr Lightning program administration and events.
• Coordinate alumni participation in NHL-related events and community initiatives.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Communications to boost alumni engagement.
• Manage budgets and provide reports to leadership.
