Job summary

Trinity Washington University seeks a Director of Alumnae and Alumni Relations to lead engagement, giving, and volunteer leadership among graduates. The role reports to the Vice President for Development and collaborates with the Annual and Reunion Giving team to design programs for recent alums and professionals.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years in alumnae relations or higher education advancement.
• Experience designing and executing alumnae/volunteer engagement programs and events.
• Strong leadership skills with staff supervision experience.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication across diverse groups.
• Facility with databases/CRMs and alumnae event logistics management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive alumnae relations strategy aligned with Trinity's mission and goals.
• Set measurable goals for participation, volunteerism, and giving.
• Plan, manage, and evaluate alumnae events and programs.
• Recruit, train, and mentor alumnae volunteers to support programs and events.
• Collaborate with student services and career services to transition students to engaged alums.
