gategroup in Newark, NJ seeks a Senior Performance Analyst within the Operational Performance structure to drive airline KPI outcomes. This hybrid role blends data analysis, reporting, and action planning across stations and functions to improve service delivery and margins for a major airline customer.

You will translate data into recovery plans, monitor early warning indicators, and deliver weekly and quarterly reviews with stakeholders including station leadership and Commercial teams.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred; six+ years in operations, performance management, data analytics may be considered in lieu of degree.
• Experience developing and producing KPI reports for executive, regional, or customer audiences.
• Customer-facing experience; airline/catering operations background preferred.

Aufgaben

• Translate data outcomes into customer-specific action plans to drive performance recovery and service delivery.
• Monitor and report end-to-end performance across stations; drive continuous improvement and cost impact analysis.
• Lead incidents, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Finance, and Commercial teams to align demand with labor and production planning.
