gategroup is seeking a senior Operational Performance data professional to oversee data gathering, analysis, reporting, and action planning for airline customers across NA regions. The role drives performance recovery and continuous improvement through data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration.

Hybrid commercial-operations position requiring travel ~50% and strong presentation skills to leaders and airline executives.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; 6+ years in operations, performance management, or data analytics may be considered in lieu of degree.
• 7+ years of data analytics and process improvement experience, preferably in in-flight catering or food manufacturing.
• Experience with KPI reporting for executive and customer audiences; customer-facing experience is required.

Aufgaben

• Translate data outcomes into customer-specific action plans to improve operational performance.
• Monitor end-to-end service delivery, quality, safety, and financial drivers across the network.
• Lead recovery plans, escalation handling, and performance communications with airline leadership.
• Collaborate with station leadership, MPS/MOD, and cross-functional teams to align action plans with airline requirements.
• Own airline demand data accuracy, flight schedules, and changes.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual performance reviews with KPI insights and initiatives.
