Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced directors of corporate strategy to train an AI language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. The role is remote, part-time, with 5–20 hours weekly, ASAP start, and compensation at $100 per hour.

You will own client-ready strategy decks and executive materials, apply structured problem-solving, and translate insights into actionable roadmaps and change playbooks for AI-enabled workflows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in management consulting or internal corporate strategy.
• Ownership of client-ready strategy decks and executive materials.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and decks across core workflows.
• Develop market entry and competitive positioning analyses.
• Lead operating model redesign workshops and sensitivity-tested business case models.
• Synthesize stakeholder interview findings for engagement diagnostics and change playbooks.
