Job summary

Cisco is seeking a strategic product leader to define and execute the next generation of AI Security capabilities. This role owns a core area of the AI Defense portfolio, driving strategy, adoption, and cross-functional execution across engineering, design, GTM, and research teams.

The position focuses on building enterprise AI security capabilities spanning AI governance, application security, runtime protection, supply chain security, agent security, and validation, shaping Cisco’s long-term

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of industry experience and strong product management background in AI products.
• Demonstrated experience leading senior product managers or technical leaders.
• Experience defining and delivering enterprise software or cloud platform products from strategy through GA.
• Experience building AI, cybersecurity, cloud, identity, networking, observability, or similar enterprise platform products.

Responsibilities

• Define and own strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle for a major AI Security product area from concept to production and adoption.
• Establish a long-term multi-year vision aligned with Cisco’s AI Security goals and customer needs.
• Drive investments across AI governance, application security, runtime protection, and supply chain security.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Threat Research, GTM, Customer Experience, Sales, Marketing, and BD to deliver market-leading products.
• Translate customer requirements and competitive intel into clear direction and execution priorities.
• Build and manage strategic partnerships with hyperscalers, AI platforms, and enterprise software providers.
