Job summary

Roku is seeking a Director of Product Management for Search to unite the Search and Voice teams under a single AI-powered platform assistant. You will define the long-term strategy for the Roku Entertainment Assistant, align with senior leadership, and grow a high-performing PM team to deliver measurable engagement, monetization, and quality across the platform.

You will own a multi-year roadmap, guide trade-offs, and build partnerships across Engineering, Analytics, Ads, Content, and Business

Qualifications

10+ years of product management experience in consumer Search, AI/ML, or large-scale data-driven products.
Experience building and leading PM teams and high-performing product organizations.
Bachelor's degree; MBA or technical degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

Define the Roku Entertainment Assistant strategy and multi-year product vision.
Own the long-term roadmap across Search and Voice with cross-functional alignment.
Drive prioritization using data, research, and business goals.
Collaborate with senior leadership to secure resources and alignment.
Lead and mentor a team of product managers to deliver results.
Oversee monetization strategies including ads, subscriptions, and content.
