Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director to shape the strategy and delivery of the network and data center infrastructure that underpins AI/ML workloads and enterprise applications in a fast-paced, security-conscious environment.

You will lead a team of engineers, partner with cloud, platform and security leadership, and drive automation, IaC, and high-availability architectures to support growing AI demand and digital transformation.

Qualifications

10+ years' experience in network and/or data center engineering.
5+ years in a strategic leadership position with people management.
5+ years in large scale enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

Define and enforce network architecture standards, security controls, and compliance policies.
Establish best practices for configuration, deployment, and operations.
Advise executives on network strategy, roadmaps, emerging technologies, and industry trends.
Partner with cross-functional teams (platform, cloud, security, infrastructure) to deliver integrated, secure and scalable solutions.
Design and implement data center fabrics (leaf-spine, Clos, EVPN/VXLAN) and AI/GPU-optimized networking.
Oversee 24/7 network operations across cloud and data centers.
Build and mentor high-performing engineering teams.
Own network architecture strategy and roadmap.
