Job summary

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in technical program management or related engineering roles.
• Experience leading senior teams of TPMs or engineers across large programs.
• Proven ability to drive program strategy, operating models, and roadmaps at scale.
• Experience partnering with executive leadership to shape strategy and cross‑functional alignment.
• Experience growing and scaling high‑performing technical organizations during growth.

Responsibilities

• Direct, mentor, and grow a small, senior TPM team.
• Own high‑leverage, complex programs end‑to‑end; drive execution and results.
• Define and lead the technical execution strategy for AI infrastructure and capacity.
• Build decision frameworks to compare tradeoffs across performance, cost, and quality.
• Partner with Engineering and Product leadership to align long‑term strategy and roadmaps.
• Communicate milestones and risks to senior leadership; escalate when needed.
• Align plans across organizations and manage dependencies to deliver cross‑functional solutions.
• Own people management, including hiring, coaching, and career growth.
