Job summary

Trase Systems in the United States is seeking an Engineering Leader to build and guide our Production and Infrastructure Engineering organization. You will manage engineers across DevOps, SRE, DevEx, MLOps, and a dedicated support team, responsible for performance, development, and delivery.

You will bring a strong foundation in infrastructure and software engineering, stay hands-on enough to guide decisions, and mentor technical leads while delegating implementation.

Qualifications

• Engineering leadership and people management experience at Director level or higher.
• Experience leading teams across infrastructure, reliability, DevOps, SRE, and related disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop the team: hiring, onboarding, mentorship, and performance management.
• Lead across technical disciplines: set priorities, allocate ownership, resolve disagreements.
• Own planning and delivery: sprint planning, backlog grooming, and releases.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership: design/code reviews, investigations, and pairing.
• Lead production readiness: reliability, QA, rollout readiness, and post-release support.
• Strengthen operations and developer experience: CI/CD, observability, on-call, incident response.
• Lead red-cell partner support: coordinate across cross-functional teams and TPM.
• Partner across org: align with Product, Platform, Applied AI, Security/GRC.
