Qualifications

• 10+ years in full-stack development with 5+ years in AI/ML engineering.
• At least 3 years in leadership or senior technical roles.
• Deep expertise in modern AI tech, including generative AI and LLMs.
• Proficiency in .NET or Python and cross-platform development.
• Experience with API integration, microservices, and cloud-native apps.
• Knowledge of ethical AI, governance, and risk management.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering/Math or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor an engineering team through design, development, and deployment of enterprise AI solutions.
• Evaluate AI stacks, architectures, and vendor partnerships aligned with needs.
• Promote ethical AI governance, bias detection, and compliance.
• Identify automation opportunities and quantify operational benefits.
• Drive architecture reviews and governance across AI initiatives.
• Build relationships with AI vendors and research institutions.
• Communicate AI strategy and roadmap to executives and teams.
• Lead cross-functional workshops to define requirements and resolve challenges.
• Foster continuous learning, innovation, and operational excellence.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and data governance frameworks.
