Crunchyroll is seeking a Director of AI Enablement to spearhead the company’s enterprise-wide AI adoption. This role focuses on identifying workflow improvements, designing AI-enabled solutions, and building the capabilities to embed AI across teams.

You will partner with Engineering, IT, Data, and other functions to deliver scalable, secure AI applications. The ideal candidate brings deep AI fluency, strategic thinking, and strong executive communication skills, with a track record of

Qualifications

12+ years of experience in engineering, CS, or a related field with strategy, management consulting, or AI enablement.
Proven experience leading enterprise AI enablement across multiple teams or functions.
Track record redesigning complex, manual workflows with AI, agents, and automation.
Strong ability to understand current workflows and identify value AI can create.
Technical fluency in GenAI, AI agents, automation, APIs, data, and enterprise tech.

Responsibilities

Own the enterprise-wide AI Enablement strategy, roadmap, priorities, and operating model.
Collaborate with Crunchyroll teams to identify workflows and redesign them using AI, agents, and automation.
Translate business problems into clear AI use cases and move opportunities from discovery to prototype and adoption.
Partner with Engineering, Enterprise Tech, Data & Insights, IT, and others to deploy scalable, secure AI solutions.
Lead a lean AI Enablement team and build capabilities across the company.
Build repeatable playbooks and patterns to scale AI use cases across functions.
