Job summary

EVERSANA AI Agency seeks a Director of AI Enablement to lead strategy, design, and execution of onboarding, learning, and adoption initiatives for our AI Agency Platform. You will accelerate proficiency, drive adoption, and build a scalable enablement framework for internal and client users.

You will manage live sessions, create blended training materials, and measure impact with KPIs. You will lead a network of platform champions and guide content governance to support rapid platform evolutions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in building training, onboarding, or enablement programs for enterprise SaaS platforms.
• Track record of delivering internal and client training and enablement.
• Ability to tailor content to audiences from different functional disciplines and with varied experience using AI.
• Comfort facilitating demos, hands-on exercises, and interactive discussions, including troubleshooting and debugging in real time.
• Knowledge of instructional design best practices and proficiency using modern learning authoring and delivery tools.
• Experience using AI tools to enhance training material development, learning personalization, or training workflow efficiency.
• Experience leveraging learning analytics, platform usage data, and user feedback to continuously improve enablement effectiveness.
• Strong understanding of generative AI concepts, prompt engineering fundamentals, AI-assisted workflows, and responsible AI practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep functional knowledge on the AI Agency platform and client workflows.
• Design and own the end-to-end user onboarding experience for internal and external users.
• Develop and facilitate live and virtual training sessions.
• Create materials to support blended training delivery (guides, playbooks, job aids, videos, knowledge bases, e-learning).
• Direct the delivery of learning solutions through platforms (LXP, SharePoint) and new channels to improve reach and adoption.
• Establish KPIs and reporting for onboarding effectiveness, platform adoption, feature utilization, and business impact.
• Contribute to communication planning for AI Agency Platform releases to drive ongoing learning.
• Oversee a network of platform champions to accelerate adoption and reinforce best practices.
• Establish content governance and keep training materials up-to-date with rapid platform releases.
• Identify adoption barriers and deliver a prioritized enablement roadmap.
