Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Director of Technical Program Management to lead large-scale, cross-functional programs within the CORE organization, focusing on integrating diverse technology ecosystems. You will guide roadmaps, governance, and automation initiatives while collaborating with cybersecurity, risk, and business partners.

You will mentor teams, shape the TPM discipline, and drive standardized playbooks to accelerate acquisitions, with compensation tied to performance and company-wide

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• At least 7 years of experience managing technical programs.
• Experience designing data-intensive solutions and distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end integration roadmap across multiple streams.
• Coordinate cross-functional work across Cloud, Identity, and Connectivity pillars.
• Evaluate architectural patterns and drive scalable integration solutions.
• Manage risk, escalate appropriately, and coordinate with Cybersecurity and LOB partners.
• Represent TPM in high-level planning sessions and enterprise-wide meetings.
• Codify lessons learned into a reusable integration playbook.
• Oversee governance, controls, and BAU transitions for integrated systems.
• Drive AI-enabled TPM delivery to optimize resources and timelines.
