Capital One is seeking a Director of Technical Program Management to lead and accelerate large-scale, technically complex programs within EPTech. You will influence roadmaps, break down silos, and drive architecture decisions across product, engineering, design, and data science to achieve strategic business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; seven+ years in managing technical programs preferred.
• Experience leading large, cross-functional, data-intensive programs.
• Experience with cloud architecture and scalable platforms is preferred.
• Ability to drive execution and manage multiple stakeholders across teams.
