Job summary

AlphaSense, Inc. is seeking a senior, deeply technical product leader to own Search and Curated Experiences.

You will set the strategy for relevance, ranking, and filters across hundreds of millions of documents and define the roadmap that aligns with business priorities. You will lead a small team, partner with Knowledge Graph, AI, Engineering, and Design, and drive end-to-end lifecycle from strategy through launch and iteration.

Qualifications

• Experience building search and relevance systems at scale.
• Ability to reason about representation, freshness, quality, and system-design tradeoffs.
• Strong ownership and autonomous decision-making.
• Proven people leadership and ability to grow PMs.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.
• Customer-oriented with interviews and usability testing.
• Excellent communication across engineering, design, and product marketing.

Responsibilities

• Own Search and Curated Experiences across surfaces.
• Define strategy and balanced roadmap.
• Build metrics, benchmarks, and experiments to prove improvement.
• Collaborate with Knowledge Graph, AI, Engineering, and Design.
• Lead and grow a PM team and set ownership.
• Lead end-to-end lifecycle from strategy to post-launch.
• Drive high-impact, data-driven decisions.
