This senior role collaborates with product management, customer delivery, and market teams, and external ecosystem partners;

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in wireless networks (LTE/5G/6G) and network architecture.
• Experience applying AI/ML to wireless networks.
• Proven track record leading large cross-functional teams delivering wireless/satellite solutions.
• Knowledge of O RAN and AI-RAN standards.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the AI RAN product and innovation roadmap.
• Lead AI-enhanced RAN architectures and AI for RAN innovations.
• Align with 3GPP, O RAN Alliance, and other industry standards.
• Collaborate with security to integrate secure AI features.
• Partner with procurement to influence vendor roadmaps.
• Present in executive forums and industry collaborations.
