Job summary

Moody's is seeking a Director of Product Regulatory Strategy for Property Insurance Data & AI in Newark, NJ to lead regulatory acceptance and shape product roadmaps in a fast-moving environment. You will own state filings, objections, and regulator relationships, guiding product leadership on emerging regulations affecting underwriting, data, and AI models.

Qualifications

10+ years in property and casualty insurance product, actuarial, or regulatory roles.
Experience with state rate filings and regulator objections through approvals.
Ability to anticipate regulatory developments and translate them into product requirements.
Strong written and verbal communication with regulators, clients, and executives.

Responsibilities

Lead regulatory acceptance of Moody's Property Intelligence products across US states, from filings to regulator relationships.
Translate emerging regulation into product requirements before mandates exist.
Resolve carrier filing issues and regulator objections to speed client adoption and renewal.
Create client-facing regulatory materials and lead on-site regulatory presentations and state deep dives.
Own a state-by-state filing roadmap and lead model filings through approval with third-party data use.
